I’m Marine, a multilingual operations, programmes and communications professional with 17 years’ experience across humanitarian, health, social and environmental initiatives.
I lead teams and deliver projects at pace, shaping the processes, budgets, partnerships and strategies that make work run smoothly, from local delivery to global coordination, often in highly participatory, international settings. Alongside operations, I bring strong capabilities in public relations, storytelling and engagement, policy development, change leadership and advocacy to help shift systems and mindsets.
I’m now seeking a purpose-driven role where I can turn complexity into clear direction and measurable impact.

It’s about starting well, sustaining shared energy, and restoring harmony.

Yê is an homage to a tradition I approach with care, drawing on a lived relationship with Afro-Brazilian culture.
